The objective of this training is to provide keys to health crisis management. Participants will learn to identify the elements that constitute a crisis and to deal with them in order to better manage health crises in their facilities or activities. The preparation upstream, the management during and the capitalization on the assets and by the return of experience will be studied during this course. Tools for crisis management and resolution, and beforehand for organization and planning, will be identified to enable participants to easily put them into practice in the future. Participants will also explore the organizational chart and the constitution of the crisis cell and understand the importance of structuring their organizations so that each function knows its assigned role.
